If you are ready to move forward with your life, contact me so we can set up an initial consultation.

This can be either face to face, via Skype or over the phone. This will give you the chance to get to know me a little and to understand if you will feel comfortable working with me. It also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have about the process. I allocate up to one hour for this consultation, which also allows me to find out some of your background and what issues you would like to address and how we might start getting your life back on track.

If you are struggling to come to terms with significant emotional loss in your life, be it a relationship breakdown, the loss of a loved one (including a pet) then the Grief Recovery Method is here to help you. It is different to conventional bereavement counselling and support services.
